  Afsaneh Art & Culture Society - Ballet Afsaneh presents an unprecedented alliance of international artists promoting peace and environmental consciousness with breathtaking music and dance performances. The concertat Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts intimate Second Stage Theater features the collaborative work of Neema Hekmat, Moses Sedler, Pourya Khademi, vocalists Salar Khoshfahm and Sonja Drakulich, percussionist Ali Bazyar, poetry recitation - Adeleh Moghaddam, and theaterical narratives by Iman Oskoorouchi and Hamed Rastegarpour.
  Dancers: Miriam Peretz , Hannah Romanowsky, Mariam Gaibova of Ballet Afsaneh.
  Audiences for both the 3pm and 7:30pm performances are invited to a wine reception with the artists. Reception is 5-7pm between the two concert performances, and is included with your ticket.

  Ballet Afsaneh performs at the tenth anniversary celebration of Golden Thread, SF's preemmanent Mid-East theater production company. The ReOrient Festival(Nov 19 -Dec 13) and the ReOrient Forum all weekend Dec 5th & 6th at Theater Artaud. Sunday @ 3:00pm Ballet Afsaneh will showcase both traditional and contemporary works by featured dance artists/choreographers Miriam Peretz, Wan Chao Chang, and director Sharlyn Sawyer. They are joined for this program by special musical guests- percussionist Pezhham Akhavass, and cellist Moses Sedler, Neema Hekmat, Kaveh Hedayati, Pourya Khademi, and poetry recitation by Adeleh Moghaddam.   Ballet Afsaneh performs at the annual Tamejavi Festival at the Fresno Art Museum, along with artistsrepresenting the Hmong, Indigenous Mexican, Filipino, Native American and African American communities. Festiva presentations include theater, dance, music, poetry and multimedia. Cultural Kitchen food bazaar, children's activities, craft exhibits, films and more.
